5.3 Installation Limitations

• Installation outside standard business hours without additional charges

6. Warranties and Guarantees

6.1 Product Warranties

Smart home devices are covered by manufacturer warranties as specified in product documentation. We provide additional service warranties as follows:

• Installation Warranty: 12 months on installation workmanship
• Configuration Warranty: 90 days on system programming and setup
• Hardware Warranty: As specified by individual manufacturers

6.2 Service Guarantees

We guarantee our services will be performed in a professional manner according to industry standards. If you are not satisfied with our service quality, we will make reasonable efforts to remedy the situation at no additional cost.

6.3 Warranty Limitations

Warranties do not cover:

3. Arbitration: Binding arbitration under Singapore Arbitration Centre rules

15.3 Jurisdiction
